1. Service Booking and Payment
 
All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
 
Payments can be made online, in person, or via authorized payment methods.
 
Full or partial prepayment may be required to confirm bookings.
 
 
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
 
If Cancelled by the Client:
 
24 hours or more before service start time – 100% refund
 
Less than 24 hours before service start time – 50% refund
 
After service has started – No refund, unless there is a verified issue with service quality
  
If Cancelled by HobbaCare:
 
A 100% refund will be issued, or an alternative service of equal value will be arranged.
 
 
3. Service Issues or Disputes
 
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please email us at HobbaCare@gmail.com within 48 hours.
 
Our team will review the concern. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at our discretion.
 
 
4. Non-Refundable Items
 
Registration and consultation fees are non-refundable after the service is rendered.
 
Custom long-term care packages may have specific terms. Please review the agreement shared at the time of purchase.
 
 
5. Refund Processing
 
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
 
You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
