How can I book a service?

It’s easy—just head to our online booking form at hobbacare.com/booking or click any “Book Now” button you see on the site. Fill in your details, choose your preferred time, and you’re all set!

Service Booking and Payment

All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Payments can be made online, in person, or via authorized payment methods. Full or partial prepayment may be required to confirm bookings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy If Cancelled by the Client:

24 hours or more before service start time – 100% refund Less than 24 hours before service start time – 50% refund After service has started – No refund, unless there is a verified issue with service quality

If Cancelled by HobbaCare:

A 100% refund will be issued, or an alternative service of equal value will be arranged.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
